From beginning to end, Gary and his team were superb and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stress-free moving experience.

We had a torturous and long-winded process to finally get to a move date – Gary was so patient and accommodating when I kept phoning to give him possible move dates only to phone a week or so later to say that our completion wasn’t, after all, going to happen on that day. When we eventually did get a possible exchange and completion date (only 1 day between them!) Gary was entirely professional and certainly helped to eliminate any stress I felt about the physical move. On D-day, Gary and his team (Jordan, Stuart and Tom) worked tirelessly to move our 90+ boxes and furniture out of our little cottage – not an easy house to maneouvre around and at all times, the lads were cheerful and uncomplaining.

We didn’t collect the keys until 4pm and so it was a very late move into our new home, and again Gary and his team worked professionally and good-naturedly to carry our stuff up two flights of stairs into our apartment. It didn’t help matters that the rain was pouring down, but no complaints heard from anyone at all. Moving house can be a very stressful time, but Gary and his team certainly alleviated this for me and even turned it into an exciting and enjoyable experience!
